2022 Best Managed Company

We are proud to be selected within the Platunim Club, as one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies by Deloitte.

Canada's Best Managed Companies continues to be the mark of excellence for Canadian-owned and managed companies with revenues over $50 million. Every year since we first applied in 2012, hundreds of companies have competed for this designation in a rigorous and independent process where Deloitte’s and CIBC evaluate our team’s management skills and practices, looking to see if we continue to “move the needle” in what we do.

The awards are granted on four levels: 

1) “Canada’s Best Managed Companies new winner”: first time applicants 

2) “Canada’s Best Managed Companies winner”: Those that have successfully retained their Best Managed designation for two additional years

3) “Gold Standard winners”:  after three consecutive years of maintaining Best Managed status and finally 

4) Platinum Club member: winners that have maintained their Best Managed status for seven years or more.

As of last week, South Country Equipment has achieved this designation 10 years running with 2022 being our 4th consecutive year in the Platinum Club. That said, I thought it time we give the horn a little “toot” to say well done and thank you to the staff and customers that keep us going!
